American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators’ (AAMVA) Region 2 Conference provides motor vehicle administrators in the South Central and Atlantic region, and the industry with a platform to connect, discuss strategies, and exchange ideas regarding the relevant motor vehicle and law enforcement related issues.

Session description

Autonomous vehicles will change the way vehicles, drivers and operators are registered, licensed and regulated. Motor vehicle and licensing agencies need to rethink existing systems and processes, and build new capabilities, like analytics, to manage these vehicles effectively. In this session, Nick will outline the areas that would be impacted by autonomous vehicles and discuss strategies that can help agencies get ready for autonomous vehicles.
