Event overview

Public-sector organizations are receiving an unprecedented wave of Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) funding — $50 billion over five years — but the funding comes with real strings attached: a stage-gate model, continuous CMS monitoring, and genuine clawback risk when progress and compliance are not demonstrated.

Together Infosys Public Services and Techila Services in this webinar will explore  how the right grant management practices and modern platforms empower state agencies to track, report, and govern RHTP dollars with confidence. You’ll learn how disciplined oversight, automation, and analytics turn complex federal requirements into measurable outcomes while reducing administrative burden and audit risk.

The session is designed to spark new thinking and offer practical insights for public sector leaders responsible for administering rural health funding at the state level across the United States.

Key Takeaways for Attendees will be:

  • Understand the RHTP Funding Landscape - $50 billion over five years (2026–2030), distributed to states under a stage-gate model that ties continued funding to demonstrated progress.
  • Build Compliance and Oversight In From Day One - Establish the reporting, monitoring, and documentation practices that satisfy CMS requirements and reduce the risk of clawbacks.
  • Modernize Grant Management With Automation and AI - Replace manual tracking with connected, auditable workflows for subrecipient management, budgets, and performance reporting.
  • Turn Data Into Demonstrated Impact - Use analytics and dashboards to evidence measurable gains in rural health access, quality, and outcomes for CMS and stakeholders.

A disciplined, technology-enabled approach to grant management not only protects funding today but also builds the transparency, accountability, and infrastructure rural communities will rely on long after the program ends.

Join us to learn how your agency can manage RHTP funding with confidence — staying compliant, avoiding clawbacks, and delivering lasting value to rural communities.
