Program compliance administration is an intensive process which is difficult to navigate and fraught with approval delays. Legacy platforms add to the complexity through their lack of integration and inability to leverage process automation, messaging, data analytics and AI. Flexible open source and low/code no code platforms have helped to transform program compliance administration. From improved stakeholder satisfaction, reduced case backlog, faster approvals and shorter cycle times, their adoption has generated significant benefits for government program managers. Using local use cases and reference architecture, this session will discuss the ways in which government programs might take advantage of these platforms to realize the benefits described above.
Roundtable: Government Program Modernization – Sharing Challenges, Successes and Lessons from the Trenches

This roundtable will discuss the challenges and how these new technologies can be adopted to improve ways in which government programs can administered.
