Improving Services Procurement Transparency and Stewardship
Public sector organizations often procure services and contract workforce based on project or operational needs. Recent trends in hiring practices have shown a steep increase in procurement of contractual employees and services instead of permanent employment and inhouse end to end projects. While these are an essential component of organizational performance and can significantly improve organizational efficiency, government departments have struggled to navigate the process, people, and performance complexities associated with services and contingent workforce procurement. This session will explore how cloud-based procurement solutions, combined with procurement best practices, and proven execution models are helping organizations transform services and contingent workforce procurement, making it more transparent, efficient, and effective.
