Scott Jensen
Head of Future of Work Practice, Infosys Public Services
Scott leads the Infosys Public Services (IPS) Future of Work practice, advising public sector organizations on workforce transformation, talent strategy, and operating model modernization to help agencies build resilient, mission ready workforces.
Scott brings deep experience across federal, state, nonprofit, and civic technology organizations. Most recently, he led the U.S. workforce strategy for the Department of Commerce’s CHIPS and Science Act, working closely with global semiconductor manufacturers and public sector stakeholders. Prior to this role, Scott served as Chief Executive Officer of civic technology organization Research Improving People Lives (RIPL); as Director of Labor and Training for the State of Rhode Island as a member of Governor Gina M. Raimondo’s cabinet; and as Deputy Secretary of Labor for the State of Maryland. Earlier in his career, he held senior political and external affairs roles supporting universities, state agencies, and labor organizations.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Illinois State University and a master’s degree from St. John’s College in Annapolis. He completed advanced doctoral coursework in 20th century German philosophy at The New School for Social Research.
Scott is based in Easton, Maryland, on the state’s Eastern Shore.
