Michel Tourigny

Head of Canada Public Services Business, Infosys Public Services

Michel Tourigny, MBA, P.Eng. is an Associate Vice President and Head of Canada for Infosys Public Services, an Infosys subsidiary focused on public sector in the US and Canada. In this role, he oversees strategy, sales, and execution for profitable growth of the Canadian business. He also serves on the Boards of Infosys Public Services and Infosys Public Services Canada.

Michel has over 25 years of experience in public sector, energy, supply chain, and consulting with multiple firms. Michel joined Infosys Public Services in 2016 as Head of the Canadian Federal Government business.

Prior to joining Infosys, Michel was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Eastern Canada at Sierra Systems (NTT Data). He led the profitable growth of the Canada East business unit with consistent execution against strategy, including the addition of some of the company's largest public and private sector clients.

Michel has hands-on delivery experience in Business Process Redesign, IT Transformation, and Enterprise Program Management. As IT Service Management Practice Lead, he managed the implementation of multiple large-scale enterprise-wide ITSM solution implementations.

Michel holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Waterloo. He is a certified Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario.
