Lopamudra Das is the Head of Human Resources at Infosys Public Services. She oversees comprehensive human resource management activities throughout the lifecycle in multifaceted and regulated government business sectors within the United States, Canada, and India. She excels in the implementation of best practices in talent management for government business and the establishment of new subsidiaries, particularly in Canada.
Lopa’s career is marked by a commitment to business success through strategic HR management and a dedication to continuous learning and development. She has over 18 years of experience in all HR disciplines including coaching, transformation, change management, talent management, and employee relations. Her proficiency extends across various industries such as financial services, public administration, information technology, and aviation, equipping her with the skills necessary to navigate multicultural, multiregional, and global work settings effectively.
Prior to her current role, Lopa was Account HR Partner at Infosys, serving a Fortune 20 telecom client. She implemented interventions in the areas of competency development and employee change management across geographies, and also led the HR function in Peru.
Before joining Infosys, Lopa was the Head of HR for India and West Asia at Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) where she managed full life cycle HRM for business growth across seventy-five cities and seven countries in West Asia. She has also built people-first HR practices at AirAsia, Wells Fargo India, the Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, and ICICI Bank.
Lopa holds a bachelor’s in commerce from Utkal University, India and a master’s in human resource management from ICFAI Business School, India. She is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and certified in Thomas International Personal Profile & related Inventories. Currently, Lopa is pursuing certification as a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
