Kenneth Kopf

Kenneth Kopf is the Head of Legal for Infosys Public Services, Inc. (IPS) and Infosys Public Services Canada, Inc. (IPSC). He oversees all legal and ethical matters for the two companies. He also serves as the Chief Ethics Officer and Corporate Secretary for IPS and IPSC.

Kenn has served in these positions since 2011. He has over 40 years of experience and expertise in the areas of corporate law, international and intellectual property law, U.S. and international government contract law, export/import regulations, M&A, litigation, compliance and investigations.

Before joining IPS, Kenn served in several roles and positions with industry organizations and government agencies, including: Chief Legal Officer at Trusted Computer Solutions (acquired by Raytheon Corp.), a leading international producer of government (and commercial) classified cross-domain information and cyber security software, Chief Legal Officer for Cubic Corporation, a major multi-product international commercial and government defense contractor, Command Counsel with the U.S. Navy classified R&D Labs, District Counsel and special projects lead with the Veterans Administration, a Judge Advocate General with the U.S. Air Force, and a Russian linguist and Russian military analyst/operative with the U.S. intelligence community.

In addition to the above positions, Kenn has also served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, Prosecutor, and Pro-Tem Superior Court Judge. He was a member of the State Department Trade Mission to Russia.

Kenn has received several awards, including the U.S. Air Medal, A. F. Commendation Medal, and the Presidential Unit Citation. Kenn has been rated “AV” for over 30 years, and was named one of D.C.’s Top Lawyers for Business and Government law and a Lawyer of Distinction for Corporate and Government Procurement.

Kenn is an entrepreneur and has received a U.S. patent for a technology disruptor revolutionary biometric-based system to control data, financial, communications and cyber security transmissions for commercial and U.S. Government security applications.

Kenn has also taught law school and lectured at multiple venues on legal and corporate matters including U.S. and international contract law and ethics. He has authored articles on legal, international, and constitutional issues.

Kenn attended law school in Minnesota and received a J.D., served on Law Review, and was a law clerk for the Minnesota District Court. He is a member of the Bars of several states including Minnesota, California, the District of Columbia, and a member of several federal courts, including U.S. Supreme Court. Kenn also holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian, Political Science and Education, a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and PhD studies in clinical psychology.

Kenn resides in North Carolina with his wife, Blair and six cats.
