Jonah Czerwinski

Jonah Czerwinski is the Head of Strategy at Infosys Public Services, an Infosys subsidiary focused on the public sector in the US and Canada. In this role, he leads strategic planning, market development, and innovation initiatives to help government agencies modernize operations, improve service delivery, and achieve mission outcomes more effectively.
Jonah brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience within the public sector, spanning government, technology consulting, and management consulting. During his tenure as Senior Advisor to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Jonah was instrumental in advising on and overseeing significant transformation and modernization efforts, notably launching the VA Center for Innovation and serving as its founding Executive Director.
Prior to joining Infosys Public Services, Jonah served as Head of Public Sector for Thoughtworks, a global technology consultancy, where he directed growth strategy, sales, and operations across the federal and state government portfolios. Jonah earned his MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, holds an A.B. in Philosophy from Salve Regina University, and has completed executive education at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and the Cleveland Clinic Global Executive Education Program. Jonah resides in Washington, DC, with his wife and their two children.
