Harshal Vyankatesh Ghanekar

Head of Planning and Operations, Infosys Public Services, Inc.

Harshal leads the strategy, planning and operations team at Infosys Public Services. As part of this role Harshal manages the business planning, business operations and business assurance function for the company, focusing on public sector markets in the US and Canada. He is also responsible for governance of strategic initiatives, business and operational outcomes, revenue, expense, manpower planning, operations optimization, and overall company performance scorecard.

Prior to his current role, Harshal had hands-on delivery experience working in the services and government healthcare industry. Overall, he has 25 years of experience across software development and project management, employee enablement, program management, and business planning. He has also led sales operations and worked closely with unit leadership.

Harshal holds a bachelor’s in engineering from Mumbai (Bombay) University followed by education in advanced computing.
