As many as 40 million people will be obtaining health insurance – many for the first time ever – through the state-run or Federally Facilitated Exchanges. Success in the exchange world will be measured not in terms of the handful of metal plans (bronze, silver, gold, and platinum) available for sale on October 1, 2013, but based on how well members are served. Health plans need to understand who the prospective members are and what they are likely to need.
Connect with Infosys
In this webinar, experts will explore how the demographics of the uninsured will impact health plan operations and technology, and discuss key strategies for:
- Educating members and helping them get the needed care
- Effective communication and outreach channels
- Leveraging mobility to define an overarching consumer engagement strategy
- Implementation accelerators to improve speed to market and productivity
- Managing financial operations, including payment processing and accounting, for unbanked and underbanked members
The webinar will help health plans understand and design a comprehensive strategy for meeting the needs of new exchange members. This involves service and technology support for consumer engagement and operational accelerators that simplify the exchange onboarding process.
