The success of ICD-10 programs depends on healthcare organizations’ ability to accept and process the new codes with little or no disruption – both, operationally and financially. Well-planned, risk-based, and coordinated testing is crucial to ensure business continuity, enterprise neutrality, trading partner synergy, and low-risk compliance.
Participate in this webinar to learn from health plan and provider experts on their organizations’ ICD-10 objectives, plans, timelines, challenges and approaches for testing and risk mitigation. Hear insights from early / pilot testing, particularly on neutrality and partners, and take away best practices that are necessary for executing ICD-10 testing with a holistic view.
