Session description

Unleashing the power of AI

With its ability to drill down into data, spot trends, devise solutions, and execute the right actions, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation can help public sector organizations address the various imperatives they face today - re-define how the staff works, elevate efficiency exponentially, enable better engagement with constituents, and improve effectiveness of mission-critical programs.

Despite these technologies potential, the returns from AI investments have been mixed. While a few organizations have been able to realize the value, others have struggled to get the desired returns from their AI investments.

  • Why do results from AI initiatives fall short of expectations?
  • How should organizations navigate and scale AI adoption?
  • What are the right metrics to track AI’s benefits?
  • What are the key learnings from organizations that have successfully adopted AI?

In her keynote, Jessica Radow will answer these questions and discuss how organizations can unleash the power of AI.
