Infosys Public Services supports The Children’s Inn at National Institute of Health
Infosys Public Services contributed and participated in the signature fundraiser – the 15th annual Children’s Inn Gala held in Washington, DC on March 23, 2013.
Children’s Inn Gala hosts close to 1,000 attendees, including government executives and private industry, including IT companies. It has contributed more than US$5 million since 1999 to support the Inn in taking care of children during serious illnesses.
As a sponsor of the 15th annual gala, Infosys Public Services actively participated to raise funds to further the Inn’s mission: Create a “place like home” for sick children and their families, reduce their stress, and facilitate healing through mutual support.
About The Children’s Inn at National Institute of Health
The Children's Inn is a private, nonprofit, family-centered residence for pediatric patients and their families at the National Institute of Health (NIH). The Inn is a residential "place like home" for sick children and their families.
Children come from across the country and around the world to stay together with their families in the Inn's healing environment while receiving groundbreaking medical treatments at the NIH, the world's leading biomedical research center. While the NIH takes care of the child's medical needs, the Inn tends to the child's heart, soul and spirit.
