California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS)
The California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS) program has been in effect from 1994. The CMAS contracts are awarded and administered by the state of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division, in accordance with Public Contract Code (PCC) Sections 10290 et seq. and Section 12101.5. CMAS contracts are established for both information technology and non-information technology products and services. The CMAS Program creates a pool of suppliers that an agency can solicit offers from. The use of CMAS is available to state and local government agencies.
