Improved Financial Management with Cloud-based Financial Management System
An agency of an intergovernmental organization follows a complex budgeting process to fund its core mission programs. The agency’s PeopleSoft-based system was unable to support this process. There were instances where the agency could not track deviations or accurately analyze utilization of funds.
The agency partnered with Infosys Public Services (Infosys) to implement an Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service system to digitize its institutional post budgeting process.
This new cloud-based budgeting system has delivered significant benefits to the agency, including automation of key processes, improved tracking and utilization of funds, and compliance with parent organization’s policies.
